However, date holds are initiated only with a paid deposit due to the high demand for our luxury properties. This policy ensures a fair opportunity for all our prospective guests. How much is a deposit to hold my dates?
The deposit policy at Panama City Beach Luxury Rentals is designed with flexibility in mind. For reservations made more than 60 days prior to the commencement of your rental period, a 25% deposit is required to lock in your dates. Should your reservation fall within 60 days of the rental period commencement, the entire balance will be due at the time of booking. Our goal is to simplify your planning process, and we are here to assist with any inquiries regarding our policies.

Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?
Peak-Season
During peak season, the allure of Panama City Beach brings a high volume of guests, making early check-in or late check-out requests challenging to accommodate. However, each destination has its unique peak times, and we encourage you to reach out to our reservations team for a clearer insight regarding your specific booking period.
Off-Season
In the off-season, if there’s no booking before or after your stay, an early check-in or late check-out request can be entertained at no additional charge, although it’s subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, for a nominal fee of $200, a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, allowing you access to the property as early as 1:00 PM CST on your arrival day or a relaxed departure as late as 1:00 PM CST on your day of departure.

At Panama City Beach Luxury Rentals, we understand that plans might change. Our cancellation policy is tailored to offer a balanced approach:
Reservations More Than 60 Days Away
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking for reservations made more than 60 days in advance. This deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of booking; post this window, it becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the start of your rental period. Should a cancellation occur beyond the 48-hour booking window but more than 60 days prior to the scheduled booking date, the 25% deposit shall be forfeited.
Reservations Within 60 Days
For reservations made within 60 days of the rental period’s start date, full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is fully refundable for up to 48 hours after booking; thereafter, it becomes non-refundable.

Can I bring my Service Animal or Pet?
